Because we only deliver to companies with a VAT number. It's only wholesale.
How can I receive the login codes?
If you fill in the form on the contactpage and leave your company data. We need your company name, address, e-mail and VAT number. When we've checked everything you receive asap an e-mail with the login code.
What are the VAT rules in the European Community?
If you have a VAT number and live in the EC, we use the Intra-Community rules. We can count with the 0% VAT rate.
In your order confirmation is VAT included, you'll have to wait for the invoice (without VAT) which I'll send by e-mail. You can't pay with creditcard or paypal, you have to choose "pay with invoice" and you can pay within 14 days after the delivery of the suitcases.
Foreign customers who have to pay VAT, have to mention it on the order. We send an invoice with VAT.
There is no invoice with the suitcases, is that right?
That's right! The invoice is send by e-mail. When you receive an e-mail which says the suitcases are shipped, the invoice is included with that e-mail.
Are the suitcases on stock?
Mostly the suitcases are on stock. When you order you see how many suitcases are on stock. Of course it happens now and then that the suitcases are sold out. You can't order them at that time, mostly in a few weeks they're back on stock.
What is the delivery time?
We mostly ship the suitcases within a few days after you orderded.
Can I add some suitcases to my order I previous placed?
Unfortunatly that's not possible. When you need more suitcases you have to place a new order.
What is the procedure when suitcases are damaged when they arrive?
You may send an e-mail (within 8 days) with the photo's of the damaged goods. We try to solve the problem as quick as possible.
Can I customize the suitcases?
Yes of course! From 100 pieces we can make your own suitcases. You can choose the color of the suitcase, of the handle, of the stitches and maybe a nice print and a custommade inside.
